General FAQ:

  • When will you restock this plush?

    I don´t have a fixed schedule and can´t say when I will restock a specific plush. As long as it remains as “out of stock” on the website, it will be restocked someday. you can sign up to get a mail when it restocks on the product listing. You can also join my Discord to see more WIPs and get notifications when i list new plushies!

  • Do you take commissions/customs?

    Sorry, I don´t take any commissions or custom orders unless specifically announced otherwise on socialmedia. It’s very rare, and on very specific terms.

  • Okay, but I really want you make that plushie.

    Feel free to suggest it to me, but I can´t guarantee that I will make it.

  • I want to get this for my child…

    Do NOT give my plushies to children. They are not safety tested. If you mean your adult or teenage child, please specify this. Otherwise, I will just respond to any question containing “my child” with “do not give my plushies to your child.”

  • I´m allergic to cats/dogs. How worried should i be?

    This depends on how allergic you are. My plushies can’t be washed hot enough to make them 100% sterile, and while I do my best to keep pet hair off of them, I really can´t make any guarantees.

Payment:

  • How can I pay for your products?

    Payment is accepted via PayPal or credit/debit card.

  • Is your payment secure?

    Yes, I have no access to your payment information.

  • Why can’t I pay in USD?

    PayPal lets you pay in every currency. The prices will automatically be converted when checking out, so you don´t have to do anything!


Shipping:

  • I´m a one man operation, so I usually only ship every 2-3 weeks

    If you need your order to be shipped as fast as possible, please select a tracked shipping option and leave a note when you order. I can’t promise you it will arrive on time, but I will do my best to get it shipped as fast as possible!

  • Which postal service do you use?

    I send all my orders via Post Österreich, but I can´t predict which postal service will bring it to you since it varies from country to country.

    For the US it´s usually USPS and for GB the Royal Mail.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Parcels are usually sent out within 10 days of the order being received.

  • When shipped:
    EU orders usually take 1-2 weeks
    US and UK orders usually take 2-4 weeks

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Add a product to your cart and shipping should be calculated automatically. Custom fees are not included in the prices.

  • Will I get a tracking number?

    Shipping options that include tracking are specified when checking out.
    The “letter” shipping option is not tracked.

  • You don´t ship to my country!

    Please send me an email and I will enable it for you manually!


Returns and Problems:

  • I don't like my item!/I ordered the wrong item!

    Please check out my return policy

  • My item is damaged!

    Please send an image, proof of purchase, and a description to barksbog@gmail.com and we can begin the exchange process.
    Please check out my return policy for more information.

  • My order has a tracking number, and it never arrived.

    Please allow up to a month for EU orders to arrive, and up to two months for orders elsewhere.

    If the order is stuck at the customs office:

    It´s not unusual for orders to take a while to pass though customs. Please contact your local customs office if you become concerned.

    if the order couldn´t be delivered:

    Please contact your local post office! It’s probably being held there.

    if the order was delivered but isn´t here:

    Contact your local post office. If they aren´t helpful, contact me ASAP. I can call the post company I work with, and the insurance will cover everything.
    No worries!

    if the order is being returned to sender:

    Not a problem! I will pick it up and contact you to work out why this happened. The return shipping will be covered by insurance except in cases of customer error (such as failing to pick up the package or providing an incorrect address.) In cases such as those, return shipping is nonrefundable, I apologize for the inconvenience.

  • My order doesn’t have a tracking number, and it never arrived.

    Please allow up to a month for EU orders to arrive, and up to two months for orders elsewhere.

    If the postal company couldn´t deliver your package because "the address doesn´t exist" it will simply be returned to me for no charge on either end. In that case, I will notify you and confirm your address.

    If the address was correct I will send the package again, and fight the post office to refund me.

    If the address was incorrect, we will cover up to 10€ of shipping costs, and you will be liable for the rest.

  • I have another question.
