The customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping charges. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was damaged or defective when it arrived.

RETURNS

If you wish to make a return, send an email with your request, proof of purchase, and photographs of any damage (if applicable) to barksbog@gmail.com

Items may only be returned within 30 days of arrival at their destination. If 30 days have passed since the arrival of your order, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in it’s original packaging, and in the same condition that it was received.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. These include, but are not limited to:

* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products (like sewing patterns)
* Custom-made items
* Made-to-order items


Refunds

Once your return order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival, and of approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed via PayPal.



Unfortunately, only regularly priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you want to request an exchange, please email us at barksbog@gmail.com

DO NOT ship your order back without contacting us first.

Shipping

A return shipping address will be provided after your email has been received, and we have confirmed the details of your return/exchange request.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer accepts all responsibility for costs associated with the return of a purchase. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and all applicable custom fees or duties will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over 30€, consider using a tracking service or purchasing insurance on your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
